What size kibble does it accept?

The SmartTreat™ is compatible with kibble up to 1.5 cm in diameter. It works perfectly with small and medium treats for dogs and cats.

Does it run on batteries or a USB cable?

It runs on a USB cable (included). It does not need batteries, so you can keep it plugged in at all times without worrying about replacing them.

Is it suitable for dogs and cats?

Yes, it is designed for both. The difficulty level is adjustable, so it works for both curious puppies and more experienced pets.

What type of batteries does it need?

It runs on AA batteries (included in the package). You can also use rechargeable batteries for greater convenience.

Does it work on all surfaces?

It works best on smooth floors such as wood, tile, or parquet. On very thick carpets, movement may be reduced.

Does it have automatic and manual modes?

Yes. In automatic mode, it moves on its own for 10 minutes and rests for 1.5 hours so as not to tire your cat out. In manual mode, you can activate it whenever you want.

Is it suitable for long and short hair?

Yes. One side removes dead hair and softens the coat, while the other massages the skin. It works with all types of fur, on both dogs and cats.

How is the brush cleaned?

With a simple click, the bristles retract and the accumulated hair falls directly into the trash. No need to touch it with your hands.
